Adult Ulpan - Concentrating on conversational Hebrew.
Two classes are offered:
Conversational Level
Sundays, October - May, 9:00-10:30
Students will learn with the book עברית בהקשר.
Emphasizing reading comprehension, listening, and speaking Hebrew.
Students need to know to read Hebrew and to purchase the book.
Advanced level
Sundays, October - May, 10:30-12:00
Students will read news stories, Israeli literature, and discuss current events.
Cost: $475.
All classes will be taught by a native Israeli with ulpan teaching experience.
*Please note: The Ulpan classes will take place only if we have at least 15 students (in total between both classes).

Parent Tot - מכבי צעיר
Sundays, October - May, 9:00-10:00 am.
Hebrew Immersion class for babies 16-36 months and their
caregivers through song, books, art, fun activities, and play.
Cost: $415
The class will be taught by Sarit Miller, a teacher at Maccabim
for many years and has led such programs in other schools, as well.

Madrichim - מדריכים
Sundays, September - May, 9:00-12:00
Students 14 and up, combining volunteering with leadership sessions, led in Hebrew.
Supported with texts from Jewish and historical sources.
This course allows new reflection on the values of the individual and his or her personal connections to the Jewish nation and the land of Israel.
